Noticeable difference

I only started taking the Omega 3 liquid and capsules (I ordered both to see what suits me best) recently and I can already feel a difference in my skin and digestion for some reason. I was taking it for clarity and focus but this might be another benefit? I do feel very clear, no brain fog. Happy with the results so far.
