Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with SIMKA. We strive to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable experience. Please read the following Shipping and Returns Policy carefully to understand our procedures regarding the shipment of your order and the return of any items. 

Shipping Information 

Dispatch Time: 

Orders received before 12pm Monday - Friday are typically processed and dispatched the same day, orders received after 12pm are dispatched within 1 business day from the date of purchase. 

*Please note: During peak periods, same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders received. 

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping and express shipping services for all orders within Australia.

Only standard shipping is available for orders to New Zealand.

Shipping to addresses outside of Australia & New Zealand is not currently available. 

Shipping Duration:

Australia Post Standard Shipping: 2+ business days (may vary based on location).

Australia Post Express: Next business day within Australia Post’s Express Post network.

New Zealand Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (may vary based on location). 

Shipping Costs:

AUS:

Orders under $100 attract a shipping fee of $12 AUD for standard shipping. Orders over $100 attract free shipping.

For Australian delivery addresses only, we offer an express post service for $15. 

NZ:

All orders attract a shipping fee of $20 NZD for standard shipping. Orders over $100 attract free shipping.

Order Tracking: 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery. 

Returns and Exchanges 

We hope you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason this isn't the case, please get in touch with us at support@simka.com  

Where you have purchased a product from us that:

  • is faulty, unsafe, contains a defect, or is not of acceptable quality, appearance or finish; 
  • is not fit for its intended purpose; or 
  • does not match the product image or our description, 

or where we are otherwise legally obliged to accept a return of the product under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law, we will accept returns and provide you with an exchange, credit note or refund (at your election) using your original payment method. However, we reserve the right not to offer a credit note, exchange or refund where the goods have become of unacceptable quality a result of your misuse, damage or neglect. Please note we are not able to accept change of mind returns. 

To initiate a return, please complete our returns webform with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Returns will not be accepted if you have not contacted us prior. 

We will email you a Return Authority (RA) number and a postal address for you to send your unopened product(s) to. We must receive returned product(s) within 14 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation, noting your Return Authority number. 

Include your order number inside the box, and the reason for your return so we can track your order and payment method 

SIMKA will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure the returned parcel. 

Please allow up to two weeks following the arrival of your return for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment.  

Please note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless goods are faulty.

Exchanges: 

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges.  

Damaged or Faulty Items: 

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately via our returns webform with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
